- Market Strategy Formulation: Deeply understand the Australian government's energy transition goals, and formulate a localized strategy, including market entry strategies, product positioning, and long-term growth plans.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Focus on the explosive growth of offshore wind power in Australia, analyze competitor dynamics, ensure policy and safety compliance, and adjust business strategies to maintain product competitiveness.
- New Business Expansion: Explore new domain partners (substructures, floating units, etc.), and promote innovative business implementation based on market demands.
