• Drive quality assurance of digital area eco-system with identifying and implementing the advanced methodologies and solutions.
• Strategize and manage the quality framework, including QA scheduling, execution, and alignment with project milestones.

• Proactively identify and address process bottlenecks in quality assurance, working alongside Product Management and Development for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of QA experience, with proficiency in at least two of the following testing techniques: Functional Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing, or AI-based Testing.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language and associated technologies, including but not limited to Python, Java, Pytest, Selenium, and Appium etc. Be able to independently build up automation test framework.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in e-commerce projects.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, QA tools and processes.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and excellent time-management abilities.
