1. Build up reporting of marketing performance across channels, both organic and paid, including cost, orders, ROI and other performance metrics for business needs.

skills and experience required.
1. BA/BS degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative field
2. Previous experience in Performance Marketing preferred. Familiar with traffic acquisition metrics and be well aware of the web and app attributions
3. 3-5 years reporting and analytical experiences
4. Advanced knowledge of SQL, python or other analytical language. Past experience with Google Analytics or travel industry would be a plus
5. Strong logical thinking capability and business sense: capable of collecting key insights and delivering key messages
6. Highly dependable, self-initiated, fast learner
