be responsible for both internal and external project coordination, pushing projects to land according to established strategies, and ensuring that key strategic actions proceed smoothly.
support in achieving project outcomes, including strategic direction and critical decision-making, and you will adeptly manage significant project milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
communicate with entrepreneurs and core enterprise executives, enhancing their team's understanding and recognition of the strategy, and effectively driving strategic implementation.
independently control the professionalism of strategic reports and provide expert guidance.
organize project team members to conduct post-project reviews at various stages, producing and sharing summary documents.
be responsible for the management and coordination of project team members, and for providing reasonable suggestions for talent evaluation, deployment, and promotion.
lead project knowledge management, accumulation, and and innovation.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree or above, especially in related field is preferred.
8 years or more of relevant work experience, with a background in international management consulting firms and experience as a senior executive at a well-known client-side company.
Practical experience in business development-related sections on the client side (such as strategy, brand, product, channel, etc.).
Many years of team management experience.
Excellent business communication skills.
