KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up contacts and agreements with the suppliers

2. Overall manage sample process with the supplier by follow up the progress with internal departments and external suppliers

3. Achieve cost reduction target by identifying new qualified suppliers or optimizing the cost level of exiting supplier.

4. Prepares RFQ and collect competitive quotes from multiple suppliers.
准备询价单，并从多个供应商处收集有竞争力的报价
5. Negotiate with the supplier to ensure the company owns the best quality, delivery and cost for commodities.

6. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the good partnership with the suppliers
