• Manage daily bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial statement consolidation for overseas entities (primarily Singapore).
• Oversee overseas bank account management, compliance registrations, and coordinate efficiently with local vendors and financial institutions.
• Provide financial planning and risk control support for the company's expansion into new international markets (e.g., Japan, Europe, US).
• Independently manage daily financial workflows and continually optimize overseas financial processes to provide accurate data for management decisions.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with 2-3+ years of overseas financial experience (background in Solar/Energy Storage/Power Station industries is highly preferred).
•  Proficient in overseas tax compliance, full-set accounting, and multi-entity financial consolidation.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as a working language for seamless business communication with international stakeholders.
• Flexible and professional communication style, highly self-driven with strong independent problem-solving skills, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
