Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Dealers
- Dealer Performance Management: Oversee and manage the sales performance of our dealer network, ensuring they meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for dealers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and market share objectives.
- Target Achievement and KPI Ownership: Directly responsible for achieving specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for your assigned dealer territories. This includes monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or above;
- More than 8 years working experience;
- Fluent English;
- Having distributors management sales experience
