Responsibilities
- Organizational Development (OD) & Effectiveness: As an OD expert, you will be responsible for building and implementing our organizational development framework. This includes designing and executing targeted projects to enhance overall organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and vitality.
- Talent Strategy & Planning: Deeply involved in HR strategic planning, you will lead key projects such as talent review and succession planning to ensure our talent strategy aligns with long-term business goals.
- Performance Management: You will lead the design, optimization, and implementation of the company's performance management system. Ensure all processes, from goal setting to annual review, are efficient, fair, transparent, and data-driven.
- Empowerment & Professional Support: Provide expert guidance and tools in OD and performance management to HRBPs and management at all levels. You will train and coach them to improve their leadership and team management capabilities.
- Process & SOP Optimization: You will be responsible for developing and improving HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve efficient and scalable operational management.
- Change Management: Participate in and lead company-wide organizational change projects. You will develop and execute change communication plans to ensure a smooth transition for new policies, structures, and processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: As a core member of the COE team, you will collaborate closely with HRBPs, providing professional insights and solutions for key talent decisions, and ensuring OD and performance projects are effectively implemented within business units.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically in an OD or COE role. Experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-growing company is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Proven experience in independently designing and successfully implementing organizational development projects and performance management systems. Ability to translate complex organizational problems into practical solutions.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiar with Chinese labor laws and best practices across various HR functions.
- Process & Systems Thinking: Possess excellent skills in process design, documentation, and optimization. You should be able to think about and solve problems systematically.
- Business Acumen: Strong business sense and the ability to effectively align HR strategy with business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Experience with cross-cultural communication is a plus.
