We are seeking for a proactive lawyer specializing in international commodity trading, particularly in oil and oil products. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the commodities trading business, with significant transactional involvement and guidance on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities Legal Support: 

• Assist the commodities trading team with legal issues, focusing on transaction documentation (sale and purchase contracts).
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement relevant regulatory developments in commodities trading.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams (legal, trading, finance, operations) to address legal challenges.
• Market Review: Participate in the evaluation of new markets and products.

Qualifications：

• Educational Background: bachelor's or master's degree in international law, maritime law, commercial law, or transportation law, preferably from reputable European institutions.
