1. More than 5 years of experience in business, services, consulting, etc., with team management experience preferred;
2. Have a profound understanding of user experience insights, service design, process design, intelligent service capabilities, and other aspects, and have constructive thinking and practical cases to improve user service/experience management;
3. Good user perspective, business understanding, and logical analysis ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new business and possess business planning skills;
4. Full time bachelor degree or above;
5. Fluent in English and proficient in using it in work settings;
6. PMP and 6 Sigma certificates are preferred.
