Responsible for the overall planning, marketing, promotion, customer relationship management, and other systemic operational tasks of the brand's flagship/specialty stores. Must have experience managing stores with a transaction volume of over tens of millions (RMB).
Ensure the normal operation of the stores, optimize store and product rankings. Experience in operating categories with an average order value of over 1500 RMB is preferred.
Increase store click-through rates and page views, preferably with experience in creating best-selling products, and achieve sales targets.
Monitor marketing data, transaction data, product management, and customer management daily, promptly propose marketing improvement measures, and provide feasible improvement plans.

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for science and engineering backgrounds.
At least 5 years of experience in Tmall or JD.com store operations. Experience in overall store planning and managing an entire product line is preferred, as is experience with 0-1 brand building strategies.
Familiar with the operations and backend management of various platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.
Familiar with various platform processes and rules, and possess relevant operational management experience.
Proficient in various promotion methods, capable of timely and effective product promotion. Must have experience in creating best-selling products and successful experience in launching new products.
Strong self-motivation and a strong desire for achievement are a plus.
