Responsibilities：
- Standardize factory automation workflow and project framework.
- Conduct automation equipment proposal&design.
- Leading the automation equipment development with suppliers.
- Support scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs of production machine during production hours and contact machine supplier service if needed.
- Support shopfloor SCADA/MES system development.
- Support manufacturing quality&efficiency improvement
- Create instructions and train technicians to solve machine and equipment software/automation problems.
- Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list related to machine control systems.
- Travel to factories in oversea countries would be needed.
Qualifications：
- At least 5+ years of automation or machine development work experience. Soft goods related experience would be preferred.
- Good to use 3D CAD, like Creo, Solidwork.
- Good at operating software related to Siemens, Omron or other local PLC's.
- Ability to develop electrical control on equipment using PLC, servo, MCU, etc.
- Knowledge in factory SCADA, MES system.
- Good at communication and team work with full energy and drive to deliver results;
- Good at Written English would be preferred
- Bachelor degree in electro-mechanical engineering and automation professionals are preferred;
