About the role:
1. Plant Finance: Lead manufacturing cost control, standard costing, and inventory management for the Guangdong sites.
2. Compliance & Logistics: Manage cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and financial compliance within local bonded zones.
3. Corporate Restructuring: Direct the compliant, structured closure and asset/tax wind-down of the remaining Shanghai setup.
4. Global Reporting: Deliver financial forecasting and performance analysis directly to global leadership in fluent English.

About the requirements:
1. 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years as a manufacturing plant controller or finance director within an MNC.
2. Deep knowledge of PRC GAAP, US GAAP, standard costing, and customs/bonded-zone regulations.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
