• Build and optimize a financial management system tailored for deep tech, establishing long-term financial strategies, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Lead fundraising efforts, equity incentive (ESOP) design, and investor relations to support key strategic and capital initiatives.
• Manage cash flow and compute-infrastructure costs effectively, while establishing robust internal controls, tax planning, and risk management frameworks.
• Build a high-performing finance team and integrate finance closely with core operations (R&D, compute resources, commercialization) to drive organizational efficiency.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of finance management experience, with at least 3 years in leading TMT, Hard Tech, AI firms, or Tier-1 VC/PE portfolio management.
• Strong track record in tech fundraising and capital markets, with proven hands-on experience in Series B+ funding rounds or major transactions.
• Outstanding strategic vision, commercial acumen, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth deep-tech startup environment.
