• Lead and oversee all financial strategies and management for the company's renewable energy projects in Europe.
• Spearhead financial modeling and profitability analysis for new investments, providing critical financial insights to support decision-making.
• Design and implement optimal cross-border tax planning strategies and manage international tax compliance and risks.
• Take charge of all corporate and project-level financing activities, including but not limited to bank loans, project finance, and equity fundraising; manage relationships with financial institutions.
• Build and lead the finance team, establishing robust financial management systems, internal controls, and operational workflows.
• Act as a key business partner in strategic planning, offering professional financial perspectives.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with a comprehensive understanding of financial management.
• (Preferred) Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or private equity sectors.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with the business environment, tax regulations, and financing practices in Europe (especially the Nordics).
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, modeling, and project valuation.
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
