1.Full-Scope Financial Management: Oversee all daily plant finance operations, including general accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and internal audits, ensuring alignment with local regulations and corporate standards.

2.Cost Accounting & Management : Establish and refine standard costing systems tailored to automotive manufacturing (BOM, labor routing, overhead absorption, and scrap control). Perform in-depth variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead) and drive plant-wide cost-saving (VVA/VE) initiatives.
3.FP&A & Budgeting (Core): Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly rolling forecasts. Prepare and present high-quality financial analysis packages to local management and group executives.
4.CAPEX & Project Finance: Evaluate ROI and payback periods for capital expenditure projects (equipment purchases, line expansions) and track project spending against approved budgets.
5.Business Partnership & Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of 3–5 finance professionals. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to optimize operational performance.
【Qualifications & Requirements】
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.Proven track record in the Automotive Parts/Components Manufacturing industry (Tier 1 / Tier 2) with a solid understanding of shop-floor operations and financial requirements.
3.Minimum 8+ years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing plant financial operations.Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing systems, and variance analysis.
4.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for corporate reporting and global stakeholder alignment.
5.High energy, proactive, resilient under pressure, strongly goal-oriented, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
