We are seeking a high-caliber Plant Finance Controller to lead the full-spectrum financial management of our client’s manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role that goes beyond "crunching numbers"—you will be a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager, driving operational efficiency and supporting the site’s long-term growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Oversee all financial operations, including statutory reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
2. Provide insightful analysis of manufacturing variances, labor productivity, and overheads to drive cost-saving initiatives.
3. Support daily plant operations by providing data-driven recommendations to the management team.
4. Lead the annual budgeting process and manage the rolling forecast to ensure business agility.
5. Maintain and optimize the cost accounting system, ensuring accurate product costing and inventory valuation.
6. Take a lead role in special projects, including potential site transitions and system optimizations.
【Successful Candidates】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (CPA/CMA/ACCA) are highly preferred.
2. 8+ years of finance experience, with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
3.Strong mastery of Financial Analysis and Control.
4.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for reporting to regional/global stakeholders.
