Job Responsibilities:
Strategy and Profit/Loss Management: Develop and execute business growth strategies for the East China region Softline industry, directly responsible for regional revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
Market and Sales Growth: Deeply explore the needs of the East China market (especially apparel, footwear, home textiles, and retail), maintain key clients, and expand into emerging e-commerce and local brand clients.
Operational Excellence: Oversee laboratory operations, optimize TAT (Turnaround Time) and delivery quality, and ensure testing processes meet international standards and compliance requirements such as CNAS/CMA.
Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, build a high-performance culture, and be responsible for the selection, training, and retention of core talent.
Compliance and Risk Control: Ensure all business activities strictly adhere to TIC industry standards and the company's code of conduct, and maintain brand reputation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in textile engineering, chemistry, business administration, or related fields.
Over 10 years of experience in the TIC (Third-Party Testing and Certification) industry, including at least 5 years in senior management positions.
Deeply rooted in the Softlines (textile/light industry) sector, with a profound understanding of supply chain quality control.
Exceptional business acumen and a proven track record of successfully managing complex P&Ls.
Excellent market insight and extensive resources with brands, traders, and factories.
Outstanding resilience under pressure, capable of driving organizational change in rapidly evolving environments.
Fluent in spoken, written, and spoken English.
