主要职责： 需求评审： 评审及解读代理标准以确保合规；进行竞品分析，从电机驱动角度协助供应商选择。固件开发： 开发、测试变速驱动产品的嵌入式电机驱动固件；负责架构设计、DFMEA 及产品发布；对电机特性及用户界面软件进行参数化。固件测试： 协调并执行设计评审、性能及可靠性测试计划；制定固件测试标准。产品维护： 针对内部测试失败及现场退货进行技术失效分析；执行工程变更（ECN）以支持客户需求或质量改进。任职要求： 教育背景： 电气/计算机工程本科，4-8 年嵌入式电机驱动固件开发经验。核心技能： 精通 BLDC（无刷直流）电机驱动固件设计（ADC, GPIO, PWM 等）；熟练使用 C/C++ 基于不同 MCU 平台编程；熟悉电机及传感器通信协议（CAN/SPI/I2C）。软素质： 优秀的跨国团队协作能力，擅长组织和协调工程活动。
