Responsibilities
1. Organizational Development & Effectiveness:** Design and implement organizational development (OD) projects to enhance organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
2. Strategic HR Support:** Support strategic HR planning, including talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
3. Performance Management:** Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of the performance management system. This includes setting goals, tracking progress, conducting mid-year reviews, and facilitating annual performance appraisals to ensure a fair, transparent, and data-driven process.
4. Capability Building:** Provide training on performance management tools and best practices to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and management to enhance their skills.
5. Process and Policy Optimization:** Develop and refine HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve overall operational efficiency and scalability.
6. Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate closely with HRBPs to identify process pain points and drive continuous improvement and implementation of HR processes.
7. Organizational Change Management:** Participate in company-wide organizational change initiatives. Develop communication plans and facilitate the smooth implementation of policy, organizational structure, and process adjustments.
8. Team Collaboration:** Partner with the HRBP team to ensure effective implementation of Center of Excellence (COE) projects and provide expert support on organizational development and performance management for talent-related decisions.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience:5-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a COE or organizational development role. Experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-growing company is preferred.
3. Core Competencies: Proven experience in independently designing and successfully implementing organizational development projects and performance management systems.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with Chinese labor laws and best practices across various HR functions.
5. Skills: Strong ability in process design, documentation, and optimization.
6. Business Acumen: Possess a solid business acumen and the ability to effectively align HR strategies with business needs.
7. Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written). Cross-cultural communication skills are a plus.
