[Qualifications]
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or above with active PRC bar. Overseas LL.M./JD is highly preferred.
-Experience: Minimum 10 years of legal experience, open to both law firm and in-house candidates.
-Core Competencies: Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to provide actionable, business-first legal solutions.
