• Develop Global Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and lead generation in both B2B and B2C segments of the gaming industry.

• Oversee Demand Generation: Manage all lead generation activities, including digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and email campaigns, to drive qualified leads for the sales team.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and product launches.

• Manage Budgets and Performance: Oversee the marketing budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data and insights to optimize performance and report on ROI.
