- Translate strategy into actionable targets and tasks, coach and develop procurement competencies in team.

- Develop relationships with local and regional vendors (global vendors are managed by global procurement) and negotiate sustainable vendor contracts, in accordance with Company policy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) guidelines.
- Develop and lead structured tendering processes on BTO/BTS items and continuously reduce vendor long tail by bundling volume.
- Develop and lead regional and local inventory management programs securing optimum stock replenishment and ensure regional best practice sharing.
- Collaborate with Global procurement and local teams & management to drive effectiveness through the organization and utilize economy of scale.
- Sharing and deploying best practices within the region.
- Attract, retain and develop purchasers, i.e. on performance, product knowledge, negotiation and sourcing skills.
- Make recommendations on assortment changes.
- Communicate with local vendors on operational level ensuring smooth deliveries.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor level education within procurement, supply chain or logistics disciplines preferred or specific equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, of which minimum three years of people leadership experience, with strong evidence of ability to build high performance team.
- Leadership acumen (such as creating and setting targets, delegation, decisiveness, communication, integrity).
- Superior negotiation skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management & global collaboration is a plus.
- Fluency in oral and written Mandarin and English.
