a dynamic digital transformation and technology innovation unit focused on seamlessly integrating cutting-edge digital solutions with complex industrial engineering operations
about the job.
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the APAC Chief Digital Officer to align supply chain technology initiatives with the broader digital transformation strategy and global GEA architecture.
- Multi-Cloud Strategy & Governance: Define and execute the strategy for leveraging multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure and Volcano clouds), ensuring high availability, interoperability, and cost-efficiency for supply chain workloads across APAC.
- Digital Transformation Roadmap: Develop and lead the long-term technology vision for the APAC supply chain, ensuring regional deployments are cohesive, compliant, and optimized for performance.
- Systems Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of supply chain information systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, and integrated procurement platforms), driving digital maturity across regional hubs.
- Innovation & Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with the Digital Unit to implement AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics that enhance demand forecasting, inventory visibility, and supplier performance monitoring, utilizing cloud-native tools.
- Sustainability Integration: Partner with the CDO office to leverage technology for tracking carbon footprints, enhancing circular resource management, and ensuring transparent supplier compliance across the APAC value chain.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Serve as a bridge between technical Digital Unit teams, procurement heads, and operational engineering leaders to ensure seamless integration of tools into production and project workflows.
- Operational Resilience: Proactively mitigate risks related to system bottlenecks, cybersecurity, and data integrity within our multi-cloud environment, ensuring business continuity across all regional production and distribution centers.
