responsibilities：
- Lead and mentor the technical sales department (engineers, application specialists).
- Set objectives, manage workloads, and develop the skills of the technical sales team.
- Own formulation of compelling, compliant, and cost-effective technical solutions and proposals.
- Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to relevant GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regional regulatory standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Provide market feedback from customers to internal teams to guide product development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical sales tools, proposal templates, and product documentation.
- Follow internal approval processes when necessary.
requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or process engineering role within the pharmaceutical capital equipment industry.
- Proven experience in leading a technical team and managing the technical proposal cycle from URS to final offer.
- Documented success in providing technical sales support that directly contributed to winning major orders.
- Extensive experience working with Southeast Asian markets; familiarity with the regional pharmaceutical landscape is a strong advantage.
