1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients following established company protocols, ensuring prompt responses to new requirements and efficient resolution of sales-related issues.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and business development within assigned territories to identify new growth opportunities and submit detailed market intelligence reports.
3. Achieve assigned sales targets and participate in regular performance evaluations in accordance with the company’s performance and compensation management systems.
4. Focus on the promotion and sales of rubber sealing products, ensuring technical specifications meet client expectations.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical feedback and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or technical engineering, ideally gained within foreign-invested enterprises.
3. Prior experience in the industrial market is preferred; specific technical knowledge of rubber sealing products is highly advantageous.
4. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings for sealing products.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to market expansion and client management.
