- Analyze operational data to identify risks, and design comprehensive operational audit plans and project frameworks.
- Organize and execute various operational audits, including routine, departure, internal control, and special-topic audits.
- Communicate audit findings to leadership, driving closed-loop tracking and resolution of identified issues.
- Assist leadership in improving internal audit systems and standardizing workflows to elevate operational professionalism.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in large corporations or institutions.
- 5+ years of internal audit experience in the apparel retail or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong data analysis proficiency; Intermediate Accounting/Auditing qualification or CIA required, with CPA or ACCA preferred.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel as required by project assignments.
