2.Service Desk Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's service desk, providing leadership and guidance. Develop and implement strategies to improve service desk efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
3.Application System Maintenance and Development: Oversee the maintenance, updates and development of application systems. Provide guidance and support to the IT team responsible for this function.
4.Global IT Support: Provide support for global IT issues (such as website and global application issues) as required.
5.Participate in the development of the company's overall digital innovation strategy, corporate communications, and new digital business initiatives.
技能和经验要求
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related major. MBA or equivalent preferred.
2.Experience: Minimum 7+ years of IT management experience with a proven track record of success in leading and managing IT teams.
3.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud technologies. Experience using help desk management software and ticketing systems. Familiarity with common ITIL framework processes.
4.Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem solving and decision making skills.
5.Project Management Skills: Experience overseeing IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
6.Digital Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms, implementing new digital systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
7.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication English. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with global teams.
