• Provide Level 2 support for IPTEL (Zoom and Boss4U, Voice Gateways, SIP, etc.) and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot voice, telephony, and DNS/DHCP/IPAM issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Perform system configurations, upgrades, and patches for IPTEL and Infoblox environments.

• Implement network changes following established change management processes and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in IPTEL and Infoblox system integrations, migrations, and expansion projects.
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in IPTEL and Infoblox administration.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
技能和经验要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IPTEL (Zoom, Cisco VoIP, CUCM, SIP, Boss4U, Voice Gateways) and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in network voice and DDI technologies.
• Experience with call routing, dial plans, QoS, and VoIP security best practices.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, SNMP, BGP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IPTEL solutions and Infoblox Grid technology.
• Working knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
• Certification such as CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise, or Infoblox certifications (NIO, NIOS Security) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a large-scale enterprise or service provider environment.(nice to have)
• Knowledge of security frameworks related to DNS security, voice security, and compliance requirements.(nice to have)
• Exposure to cloud-based IPTEL and DNS solutions (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS, etc.).(nice to have)
