Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Facilitate practical collaboration with the target-specific aim of increasing productivity, OTD, safety standards, quality improvements & cost reductions.
2. Develop, train and technically support of all functions / levels in the factory.

3. Review C.I. plans and cost-saving projections of the factory, challenging where necessary and identifying additional continuous improvements wherever possible.
4. Ensure timely completion of reporting of results / tasks.
5. Provide local training material and support global trainings.
6. Collaborate directly with factory function heads and line management.
7. Generation of a yearly plan / roadmap of all the Excellence System activities (workshops, trainings, assessments, audits, etc.)
8. Independent execution and facilitation of improvement projects, workshops as well as controlling of the sustainability of the implemented measures.
9. Supporting and Coaching the project leaders.
10. Develop and update training materials and templates in ES / LEAN.
11. Coordination of training measures, tools and execution of ES assessments.
12. Training and support of the ES, LEAN, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all departments and coordination of internal RCA activities.
13. Pro-active expediting of failure root cause analyses in collaboration with the identified departments.
14. Best-Practice-Sharing with other Sulzer factories and external companies.
15. Consulting the local senior management in LEAN topics.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in business administration / engineering or similar.
2. At least 5 years of lean management experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Certifications: Lean Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt, Change Management.
4. Facilitating and leading teams, team orientation, holistic mindset.
5. Knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
6. Good English speaking and writing skills.
7. Analytical skills, basic financial knowledge and project management.
8. Good MS Office skills, SAP advantageous.
9. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
