[Introduction]
- Serve as the legal counsel specializing in dispute resolution and litigation for our internet business. You will manage company disputes, litigation, and regulatory inquiries to protect business interests and mitigate operational risks.
[Responsibilities]
- Case Management: Formulate strategies and manage civil litigation, arbitration, content/IP disputes, and regulatory inquiries.
- Risk Prevention: Partner with product and operations teams to identify legal vulnerabilities and prevent potential disputes.
- External Counsel Oversight: Select and manage outside counsel to ensure cost-effective, high-quality representation.
- Post-Dispute Remediation: Translate litigation insights into actionable policy and product compliance improvements.
[Qualifications]
- Education: Law degree with active bar qualification.
- Experience: 3–8 years of legal litigation experience in the TMT sector or at a top-tier law firm focusing on internet disputes.
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of internet laws, IP/copyright, platform liability, and dispute resolution procedures.
- Attributes: Strong advocacy skills, high resilience, and sound commercial judgment.
