1. Propose project positioning in line with local market demand and trend as well as company’s brand image.
2. Plan, develop and execute marketing and communication strategy and approach for each project, including omni-channel advertisements and promotions, events, sales gallery etc., in support of the market positioning and sales of the projects.

3. Effective and timely market monitoring with analysis and insights to the management for key markets.
4. Conduct competitor and customer studies, deliver research reports, feasibility reports, positioning report, marketing strategy report, design brief etc.
5. Propose and manage marketing budget, ensure cost efficiency.
6. Coordinate with Sales on CRM related work.
