Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee the annual marketing calendar, budget, and strategic roadmap to achieve company growth targets across DTC and retail channels.
Go-to-Market (GTM): Lead the end-to-end launch strategy for new e-mobility products, coordinating across product, sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure impactful market entry.
Brand & Content: Steward the brand voice and visual identity. Oversee the creation of compelling content for social media, email, website, and advertising to build an emotional connection with our community.
Digital Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition strategies through paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, constantly optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
Partnerships & Influencers: Manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach within the outdoor and tech communities.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform product and marketing decisions.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a growing marketing team (or external agencies), fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Must-Have:
Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Industry Background: Proven track record in Consumer Electronics, Outdoor Goods, E-commerce, or the Cycling/Automotive industry. Experience with "considered purchases" (hardware products >$1,000) is a strong plus.
DTC & Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer landscape, with familiarity in supporting wholesale/dealer networks.
Product Launch Expert: Demonstrated success in orchestrating high-impact product launches from concept to execution.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
Soft Skills:
Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup-like environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling; you understand what makes a premium brand look and feel "premium."
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies to executive leadership.
