Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with global brand directives while resonating with the local market.
Craft compelling narratives that highlight our British heritage, acoustic engineering, and design philosophy.
Manage the balance of communication between our professional audio division (amps/stage gear) and consumer electronics (headphones/speakers).
Maintain and expand strong relationships with key media contacts in the Consumer Tech, Lifestyle, Music, and Fashion verticals.
Proactively pitch stories, secure reviews for new product launches, and manage product seeding programs.
Handle all incoming media inquiries and serve as the primary spokesperson when required.
Lead the PR execution for high-profile product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and "noise" in the market.
Plan and manage press events, activation parties, and brand presence at major music festivals or trade shows.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR into broader campaigns.
Identify and cultivate relationships with musicians, bands, and lifestyle influencers who embody the brand's rebellious and authentic spirit.
Manage endorsement deals and maximize press opportunities arising from artist partnerships.
Monitor market sentiment and handle any crisis communications effectively to protect brand equity.
Track, analyze, and report on PR KPIs, coverage, and Share of Voice (SOV) to senior management.
Skills and experience required.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within the Consumer Electronics (Audio), Music Industry, or Lifestyle Fashion sectors.
Media Network: A proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier publications (e.g., Hypebeast, TechCrunch, GQ, Rolling Stone, etc.).
Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills (native or near-native fluency is preferred).
Passion: A genuine passion for music, live performance, and pop culture. You understand what makes a brand "cool" and "authentic."
Personality: High energy, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment. You should be comfortable working with creative teams and artists.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
