- In collaboration with the Marketing Director, jointly formulate the Annual Marketing Communications Plan based on brand strategy and annual business goals. Provide guidance to the Media Agency in developing the Annual Media Plan.
- Based on the brand's positioning and tone, and aligned with corporate guidelines, direct the Leading Agency in producing core brand communication content and assets, including but not limited to TVCs and Key Visuals (KVs). Continuously work to enhance brand health and improve key brand image metrics.
- Develop New Product Launch Communication Plans integrated with the annual marketing calendar and new product roadmap. This includes comprehensive strategies covering advertising, social media/content marketing, e-commerce integration, channel promotion, brand content, industry collaboration, and performance marketing. Plan, organize, and execute various brand and market activities to drive brand/product awareness, preference, and new user acquisition. Collaborate with external agencies for project implementation and execution, and conduct timely reviews and summaries to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Formulate the brand's Peak Season Campaign Plan in alignment with the annual communications strategy. Coordinate with agencies for the deployment and execution of the campaigns, performing timely post-campaign reviews and summaries to ensure continuous optimization of results.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of brand projects such as celebrity endorsements, IP collaborations, and film/variety show integrations (product placements).
- Maintain close cooperation with the Brand, E-commerce, and Sales teams to ensure all marketing communications projects: Are consistent with the brand/product positioning. Facilitate the e-commerce sales closed loop. Achieve new customer acquisition and sales conversion targets.
- Responsible for budget preparation and expense control for media, endorsement, IP, and integration projects.
skills and experience required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English. (或 Fluent in both spoken and written English.)
- Proven experience in media placement/buying for a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand, including mass media campaigns (e.g., TV commercials/TVC).
- Experience in managing multiple TVC productions/shoots, with a preference for high-end/premium brand experience.
- Prior experience in managing celebrity endorsements, intellectual property (IP) collaborations, and product placements in films or variety shows is a plus.
