• Troubleshoot and maintain data communications on hardware, software, and peripheral devices supporting in LAN/WAN.
• Assist in application system information security assessment.
• Install and maintain PCs & servers, standard desktop software and network peripheral devices.

• Assist users in the understanding and use of standard software and shared peripherals.
• Submit and monitor service calls to maintenance contractor for hardware failures.
• Assist in the research, development, testing, and implementation of new PCs functions, technologies, applications and/or systems used throughout the company.
• Provide hands-on support and setup for network devices, including Wifi AC, AP, Network Switch, Firewall, Windows AD servers and related network systems and equipment.
• Assist in Cybersecurity Multi-level Protection Scheme and ISO27001/27701 annual review and classified protection of cybersecurity
• Assist in SOC and TVM services

 

skills and experience required.

• Certificate or Diploma in Computing related subjects or equivalent including Microsoft Certified Professional/Cisco Certified Engineer.
• At least 5 years’ experience in computer/network support and Microsoft desktop/server applications.
• Be familiar with Cisco, H3C, Checkpoint, Aruba and SINFOR etc.
• Be familiar with information security and compliance audit
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
