1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2.Over 10 years of database management experience, including at least 3 years focused on the operations and management of OceanBase databases
3.Proficiency in the architecture principles, operations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of OceanBase databases.
4.Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot system-level issues
5.In-depth knowledge of database security strategies, including user access management, data encryption, and access control
6.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry to ensure compliance in database operations
7.Strong understanding of financial industry business processes and core banking system requirements
8.Awareness of fintech industry trends and their impact on database technology.
9.Strong team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure environments
10.Possessing relevant OceanBase certification
11.Experience with other mainstream databases (such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
12.Familiarity with other domestic databases (such as TiDB, PolarDB, TDSQL)
13.Experience in automation operations, with proficiency in tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Prometheus to improve work efficiency
14.Experience in database management for core systems in the financial technology industry
15.Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native technologies in the context of database applications
16.Experience in team management or project management
