•Driving strategy - Directs effort to achieve long-term business objectives.
•Process Development & Improvement - Designing, developing and continuously improving processes, services and products to become more cost-effective and efficient, including Lean Six Sigma.
•Synergy leasing - Knowledge of how to create synergies among tenants, that ensures a complementary offer for the customers.
•Account management – How to build strong and long-lasting partnership and manage them across the portfolio.
