About the Job
- Lead the digital transformation by developing and executing a clear strategy for performance marketing, content marketing (short video/live-streaming), EC campaigns, and visual assets across all major online channels (Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin, New Retail).
- Drive business growth by managing omni-channel traffic, integrating resources, and establishing media plans to ensure high-quality traffic and successful new customer acquisition.
- Focus on innovation and efficiency by overseeing omni-channel content marketing, developing content strategy (including influencer collaborations), and optimizing content channels.
- Be a strategic leader who monitors yearly/monthly KPIs and financial targets, manages the annual budget, and optimizes costs.
- Maximize ROI by developing the channel activity calendar and enhancing activity efficiency through integrated brand effects.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of EC marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
- Industry Preference: Former experience in the beauty, personal care, or food industry is highly recommended.
- Education: University degree with a Marketing background.
Core Capabilities:
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and e-commerce activities, tools, and techniques.
- Capability in category management, multilevel, and teamwork relationship.
- Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills.
