We are seeking high-caliber leaders for both Director and Manager level positions within our Global Operations Excellence division. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Design & Framework: Designing and embedding a company-wide Operations Excellence framework that ensures consistent execution across the global network.
Quality & Performance Management: Owning the global quality management framework, establishing enterprise KPIs, and leading root-cause analysis for systemic issues.
Process Standardization: Driving global process architecture and standardization across core logistics and 4PL operations.
Tech-Driven Productivity: Leading the global automation roadmap, including workflow digitization, RPA, OCR, and system integrations to drive measurable ROI.
Change Leadership: Acting as a hands-on change agent to diagnose operational gaps and facilitate cross-functional workshops to deliver tangible business results.
Executive Governance: Providing data-driven updates to leadership regarding performance gains, risk mitigation, and improvement progress.

To be successful in these roles, you should possess:
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred for senior leadership roles.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, 4PL, or warehousing environments (12+ years for Director; 5–8 years for Manager).
OE & Transformation: Demonstrated success in leading Operations Excellence, continuous improvement, or large-scale transformation programs.
Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with automation initiatives and a keen interest in solving operational problems through tech-driven solutions.
Global Mindset: Experience working in multinational and multi-cultural environments, with the ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and high attention to detail.
Communication: Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
