1. You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or industrial management, with an MBA being a plus. Your extensive experience in industrial management, preferably within international companies in China, and you with a deep understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and international trading regulations.
2. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with your coaching and leadership abilities, make you an effective team leader. You possess analytical and problem —solving skills, with a process —oriented mindset, especially in planning capabilities. Your expertise in stock inventory control, logical thinking, and familiarity with IT systems such as Power BI and ERP systems are essential for this role. Fluency in both oral and written English, along with professional —level Chinese language skills, is required.

Responsibility：
As a Planning and Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and preparing manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows.
2. Ensuring manufacturing specifications meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
3. Analyzing plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources.
4. Coordinating and following up on workflow in manufacturing processes.
5. Analyzing and monitoring costs in relation to manufacturing to ensure delivery and budget fulfillment.
6. Be responsible for the inventory control, for its capital efficiency and service levels.
7. Update on weekly basis PU's stock inventory, order stock profile, lead time and delivery status with the support from logistics department.
8. Develop Department functions and the function team member's competence.
9. Task assigned by the PU Manager
