About the Job
- Sample & Prototype Management: Lead the end-to-end product development cycle from tech pack handover to final sample sign-off.
- Costing & Fit Optimization: Manage fit sessions, review construction details, and balance target margins with product quality.
- Vendor & Factory Alignment: Partner with suppliers and overseas factories to ensure on-time sample delivery and production readiness.
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant Experience: 3–5+ years of product development experience in sportswear, activewear, or technical apparel/footwear.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of garment/footwear construction, fabric/material properties, tech packs, and cost breakdown.
- Communication & Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to track development calendars, manage vendor relationships, and align cross-functional teams.
