Extensive experience in leading a cross-functional agile delivery team in a scaled agile development environment; ability to work with Design, Engineering and QA partners to define and implement enhanced/new mobile functions and customer experiences.
Demonstrate ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix-managed environment, with multiple business discipline teams e.g., Marketing, Operations.
Proven ability to define user journey and product user stories, and articulate necessary rationales to support the ideas; Hands-on experience in setting up, using, and maintaining key tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
