Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1. Responsible for the controlling and administration of all day-to-day management matters including but not limited to security, cleaning, traffic management, customer services and safety within the properties.
2. Formulates, implements, reviews and upgrades the daily and routine operational procedures to meet the operational needs of the properties.

3. Maintain excellent reputation and wellness of the properties at all times.
4. Ensures constant compliance with the legal requirements stipulated by the local authorities.
5. Conduct studies on market status and legal regulations on property management, formalize and execute property management service and fee standards. Deliver as per budget and ensure cost efficiency.
6. Effective leadership for the property management teams, either inhouse or outsourced.
7. Coordinate with Sales on CRM related work.
8. Regular meetings projects and consultants to provide comments and ensure the property management is on the right track.
9. Provides prudent financial management of running costs within budget.
10. Lead the property management team effective to deliver performance on safety, service, and quality.
11. Manage the leasing and operation of the non-residential portion if applicable.
12. Owners’ Committee related work.
13. Monitor residential market performance in key cites.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements：
1. Bachelor's Degree or above holder, major in property management or related.
2. 15 years's experience in the real estate management, 8 years at the managerial level and working with the property developer Sound knowledge of property engineering management in Chinese Mainland.
3. Exposure in global residential projects would be an advantage.
4. Good knowledge of building structure, maintenance and business operation at multi-functional properties.
5. Exposure and experience in digital or innovation side will be an advantage.
6. Good team plyer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, proficient English.
