Responsibilities:
- Business Process engineering
- Process refinery & communication among the stakeholder.
- Supervise and monitor the process running, ensure the integrity of the progress documentation.
- Keep improving the process to enhance the efficiency.
- Material & process Validation:
- Validate the new grade of raw & secondary material or new supplier.
- Raw & secondary material quality issue analysis and communication to the supplier.
- Validate the new equipment such as creasing tool, nip roller, chill roller.
- Refine/improve the process parameter for the changes of material and/or equipment.
- Customer trial management:
- Response the customer audit.
- Manage the customer trial delivery and ensure the correctness of product binding to the customer.
- Optimize the size of the BOM system to balance the diversification and operational cost.
Qualifications：
- Master in material or relative area.
- 8 year or above experience in material research work in food industry / packaging / Lab research/ pharmacy
- With above 5 years professional leadership experience.
