SAP System Implementation and Upgrades:  Lead and participate in the implementation and upgrades of SAP systems, including migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This includes software and hardware planning, sizing, configuration, testing, and cutover activities.  Prior experience with system conversions from R/3 to S/4HANA is highly preferred.
2.Database Administration and Optimization: Provide expert-level administration and performance tuning for Oracle and HANA databases. Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies. Monitor database performance and proactively address any potential issues.
3.System Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Implement and maintain comprehensive system monitoring tools and processes. Analyze system performance data and identify areas for optimization. Proactively address performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal system responsiveness.
4.System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, including handling system errors, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular system maintenance tasks.  This includes managing user authorizations and resolving technical issues.
5.Data Migration: Lead and execute data migration activities between SAP systems (including ECC to S/4HANA migrations), ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
Archiving and System Copy:  Manage and optimize SAP archiving processes and perform system copies as needed.
6.Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security and compliance of SAP systems. Implement and maintain security controls and processes.  Knowledge of relevant security standards and best practices is essential.

1.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant in a consulting firm, with a proven track record of successful SAP projects.
2.Deep understanding of SAP system architecture, including ECC, PI, DS, BO, BW, SLT, and SLM.
3.Extensive experience with SAP system installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security hardening.
4.Proven experience in designing and deploying S/4HANA solutions, including software and hardware planning.
5.Proficiency in database administration and performance tuning for Oracle and HANA databases.
6.Experience with SAP system archiving, system copy, and backup and recovery procedures.
7.Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
