•    Lead SAP S/4HANA project implementation across our Factory from the masterplan development, through module blue-printing, and into business process mapping and configurations.
•    Ensure successful deployment of SAP in China and contribute to global rollout in other countries.
•    Lead cross-functional project implementation teams comprising both functional and technical experts.
•    Understand business challenges, define processes, and execute performance improvements to enhance customer experiences and ensure regulatory compliance.
•    Identify ERP system gaps, propose solutions, and introduce new technologies to optimize business processes.
•    Deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and meeting quality expectations as a key project contributor.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders including Factories, merchandisers, Finance, and NPD to gather and validate business requirements.
•    Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for solution development.
Technical Responsibilities:
•    Use SAP project management methodology to lead internal team to design and configure SAP system.
•    Lead the technical upgrade from SAP S/4HANA 2015 to 2023 version.
•    Accountable for configuring appropriate environments and implementing controls across applications and technical platforms.
•    Assist in developing training materials and end-user documentation for system releases.
•    Support transition and delivery of service and support management capabilities as required.
Program Management:
•    Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into system specifications.
•    Own functional and integration designs between SAP and other applications.
•    Define program plans, and release schedules, and manage delivery execution across clients, local consultants, and offshore teams.
•    Work with external deployment teams to incorporate local requirements into the solution.

•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
•    Proven track record (minimum 5 years) of successfully delivering SAP projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
•    Experience (minimum 5 years) in leading Global Integrated Delivery across all SAP modules managing both onshore and offshore teams.
•    Proven Configuration experience (minimum 8 years) across FICO, MM, PP and SD, and preferably in BPC consolidation implementations.
•    Specific accountability (minimum 5 years’ experience) for managing budgets or ensuring profitability in project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in SAP's latest version with multiple modules such as MDG, TMS, BPC, or GP.
•    Experience in managing SAP implementations in multinational environments (from module configuration to overall project management).
