Seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager. The idea candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP implementation projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The SAP project manager will be aspects of SAP projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of SAP modules and technologies.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management or related fields is preferred.
Working Experience:

1. At least 5 years of SAP project management experience, with complete SAP project implementation experience.
2.  Familiar with the application of various SAP modules, such as PS, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, etc., and have multi-module implementation experience.
3. Candidates with experience in large enterprise SAP projects are preferred.

Project Management:

1. Proficient in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., and those with project management certifications are preferred.
2. Candidates with experience in agile project management are preferred.

Technical Background:

1. Familiar with SAP system architecture and technology stack, understand the latest SAP technology trends, and have experience in setting up and implementing the PS module as well as various technical points.
2. Candidates with some ABAP development or system configuration experience are preferred.
3. Candidates familiar with the operation and process flow of the non-standard machinery industry are preferred.

Communication:

1.  Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of collaborating with global teams.
2. Strong cross-departmental organization and coordination skills, able to drive project execution.

1. Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
2. Project Execution: lead the execution of SAP projects, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project related communications. Mange stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risk and issues early in the project life cycle. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risk and ensure project success.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and Motivate project teams. Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the resources and information needed to succeed.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status report to senior management and stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision making.
8. Post-Implementation Support: Oversee the transition from project implementation to ongoing support. Ensure that all project documentation is complete and handed over to business.
