ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Art Director, APAC to lead and elevate regional creatives. This role will oversee end-to-end creative development - from concept through execution across regional adaptation and localization ensuring strong alignment with global brand direction while driving locally relevant, culturally resonant work across APAC markets.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative excellence, with a strong ability to connect global vision to local execution at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead integrated creative development across campaigns, retail, and e-commerce in APAC, translating global frameworks into locally relevant executions while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation
Drive scalable creative systems (KV, content frameworks, adaptive assets) and ensure seamless integration across brand, retail, digital, social, and IRL channels
Oversee creative production and adaptation workflows across APAC markets (Key Markets: Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, GCC and etc.)
Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Lead and manage external agencies from briefing through execution, providing clear direction and feedback while building strong, outcome-driven partnerships
Manage and mentor regional creative partners, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment with clear direction, coaching, and growth opportunities
Act as a key creative partner to global and regional stakeholders, aligning priorities, communicating creative vision effectively, and navigating complex environments with clarity and influence
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position
Proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand storytelling, and executional excellence
Experience working within global brand frameworks and adapting for regional markets
Deep understanding of APAC cultural nuances and consumer behavior
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in retail, sport, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH):
Proficiency in at least one additional Asian language is preferred
