1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the Tech (e-commerce search/rcmd/ads/AI is preferred) industry, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
3. Expert proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages, including Python and SQL.
4. Proven ability to lead data exploration, analysis, and visualization efforts, with a strong track record of extracting actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
5. Experience with data cleaning and preparation techniques and familiarity with database management systems. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus.
6. Demonstratedability to work both independently and collaboratively within team.
7. Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences, contributing to a data-driven environment within the organization.
